When you work with me, I will be your most supportive partner, holding you accountable, helping you to uncover your blind spots and providing you with the tools that will help you clear blocks on every level.
We will meet 2-3 times every month by Zoom, maintaining momentum, trouble-shooting challenges, and promptly working through any obstacles that come up along the way. We will regularly review your progress, re-evaluate your goals and course-correct whenever necessary.
Throughout our time together, I will share tools and processes to help you manage your mind, tap into your intuition, regulate your nervous system, clear unconscious blocks, heal old emotional wounds, overcome fears and take decisive action.

My approach to coaching
My coaching combines the best of modern, evidence-based psychology and neuroscience, alongside the wisdom of ancient Eastern philosophies.
I bring over two decades of experience as a clinical and coaching psychologist and mindfulness meditation teacher. Iâm trained in somatic (body based) techniques including EFT Tapping, breathwork and yoga, as well as traditional cognitive and solution-focused therapies.
My work is guided by my own intuition and led by my values of compassion, authenticity, freedom and FUN.
